Your women's retreat in the South of France
The location
Your accommodation, 30 minutes from Carcassonne
For this retreat, Margot, your yoga teacher, opens the doors of her family home, handed down through four generations. Carefully renovated to host yoga retreats, this house steeped in history vibrates with memory, love and presence.
Nestled in the heart of the hills and surrounded by trees, it offers a natural and peaceful setting where you immediately feel time slow down. Every corner, every material, every decorative detail tells a story of gentleness, care, and a deep connection with the earth. The rooms, spread over three floors, are spacious and bright. Equipped with comfortable bedding and an enveloping atmosphere, they invite you to let go and enjoy a deep rest.
Outside, a unique yoga shala, designed like a small Buddhist temple, hosts daily practices. This intimate space, open to nature, reinforces the feeling of calm and connection. The large wooded garden becomes a space for sensory exploration: swimming in the heated pool, intuitive walks, moments of silence, writing, contemplation, or sunbathing... Everything invites you to slow down, to feel, to return to yourself.

Awakening the medicine woman within. Returning to our roots. Remembering.
Women have always been the keepers of natural knowledge: healers, gatherers, midwives, and everyday alchemists. They were the ones who knew the plants, the cycles, the body's seasons, and the rituals to heal the soul and soothe pain.
But this wisdom has been silenced. This retreat is an invitation to reconnect with this intuitive and sacred knowledge, to listen again to nature, to the knowledge of plants, and to use them consciously to care for ourselves.
A sensory, spiritual, physical, and vibrational journey to encounter oneself, the plants, and the living world.
-
Gentle yoga, yoga nidra, and deep relaxation
Pranayama to regulate emotions
Guided meditation & mindfulness
Opening and closing circle: setting intentions, sharing in confidence
Introduction to intuitive herbalism: identification, uses, and creation of simple remedies
Making natural potions: for the cycle, sleep, energy, anxiety...
Tea ceremony: a ritual to connect with oneself and with plants
Feminine storytelling: memories of healers, women's heritage, lineage stories
Intuitive and meditative nature walks
Creating altars and ritual objects
Each moment is designed as a step to reconnect with your own wisdom, in a safe, intimate, and sacred space.

🌕 Do you long to rediscover a deep connection with plants, the earth, and your own cyclicity?
