You'll begin by exploring the Kathmandu Valley, cradle of Newar culture, where sacred temples and UNESCO-listed historic palaces transport you into a world steeped in mysticism. You'll share Buddhist fervor at the great stupa of Bodhnath, experience Hinduism at the temple of Pashupatinath and stay in the Tibetan monastery of Neydo, where the monks' prayers will punctuate your days. Then it's on to the raw nature of Nepal: jeep safari in the Chitwan jungle to observe rhinoceroses, deer and tigers, before reaching Pokhara, a peaceful town bordered by Lake Phewa. This is where your 5-day Annapurna trek begins. Along the way, the snow-capped peaks of Machapuchare and Annapurna I come into view, amid rhododendron forests, crystal-clear rivers and traditional villages. Every day, the walk becomes a moving meditation, a privileged moment to reconnect with yourself and with nature.

In the evening, Himalayan farmers and shepherds welcome you with hot tea, sharing their traditions and hospitality. Hatha yoga and meditation teacher Caroline Baise has shaped her approach through years of travel and inner exploration. A former physiotherapist in search of meaning, she travelled throughout Asia and Indonesia, where she trained and immersed herself in the philosophy of yoga.

From Lombok to El Nido, via a silent retreat in Thailand, she has refined a pedagogy where slowing down, mindfulness and joy are at the heart of her transmission. Founder of the EMOYA concept, the yoga of joy, she invites everyone to reconnect with themselves through immersive experiences and initiatory journeys.

Her teaching combines rigor and lightness, combining energizing practices and introspective moments for a global approach to well-being, in a spirit of sharing and conviviality.

    The day starts gently with a morning yoga session at the hotel, followed by a revitalizing breakfast.

    Head for Bodnath, one of Nepal's most sacred Buddhist sites and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. At the heart of this vibrant little town stands the imposing Bodnath stupa, the largest in the country, around which pilgrims and monks in traditional dress recite mantras at sunrise and sunset. Join this spiritual dance as you make three clockwise turns around the stupa, activating the prayer wheels to spread peace and goodwill.

    After a visit to Sheshen Monastery, founded by Dilgo Kyentse Rinpoche and home to Matthieu Ricard, lunch in the heart of the site allows you to appreciate its unique atmosphere. Before leaving, you can purchase prayer flags, a symbol of protection and harmony.

    The afternoon is devoted to discovering the UNESCO-listed Hindu temple of Pashupatinath, a vast complex dedicated to Shiva. Situated on the banks of the sacred Bagmati River, the site is fascinating for its temples, ashrams and funeral rituals. At sunset, you'll attend the Aarti ceremony, a vibrant Hindu ritual where songs, prayers and light offerings create a timeless moment.

    The day begins with a morning yoga session at the hotel, offering a gentle wake-up call before breakfast.

    Head for Swayambhunath, one of Nepal's oldest religious sites, perched on a hill overlooking Kathmandu. This 2,500-year-old Buddhist sanctuary, nicknamed the "Monkey Temple", is a sacred pilgrimage site for the Newars. Its gilded stupa, prayer wheels and statues scattered among the trees lend the site a mystical and bewitching atmosphere.

    After this spiritual immersion, lunch in Patan, ancient royal city and capital of Newar art. Known as Lalitpur, the City of Beauty, this city, founded in the 3rd century BC, is a veritable open-air museum. Stroll through its charming alleyways, where craftsmen perpetuate the ancestral art of bronze working and sculpture.

    The tour continues to Durbar Square, the historic heart of Patan and a UNESCO-listed architectural masterpiece. Between pagodas, statues and temples restored after the 2015 earthquake, Newar history is revealed in every detail. A stop at the Patan Museum allows you to explore the region's cultural and religious heritage in greater depth.

    Return to the hotel in the late afternoon for an evening yoga session, before a convivial dinner, bringing this day of spirituality and traditional craftsmanship to a close.

    The day begins with a morning yoga session at the hotel, followed by a hearty breakfast before heading off to Dakshinkali, home of the Neydo monastery.

    This monastery, founded to preserve the Neydo Kagyu and Nyingma traditions of Tibetan Buddhism, is home to some 200 monks living and studying under the guidance of Karma Charmé, the seventh reincarnated lama of this unique lineage. Here you'll discover the majestic statue of Amitabha, the largest in Nepal, flanked by Avalokiteshvara, the Buddha of Compassion, and Vajrapani, the protector of the sacred teachings.

    After settling in at the monastery, visit the Hindu temple of Dakshinkali, dedicated to Kali, one of the principal goddesses of the Hindu pantheon, renowned for granting pilgrims' wishes. This 17th-century site is as sacred to Hindus as Pashupatinath.

    In the afternoon, meditation in the Asura cave, where Padmasambhava, founder of Himalayan Tantric Buddhism, attained enlightenment. Considered a powerful pilgrimage site, it is reputed to accelerate spiritual awakening. A time for introspection and connection with the sacred energy of the place.

    At the end of the day, we set up prayer flags on the hill, a symbol of protection and benevolent intentions, then take part in evening prayers alongside the monks of the monastery.

    The day ends with an evening yoga session, a moment suspended in the peaceful atmosphere of Neydo monastery.

    After breakfast, departure for Chitwan, a journey through the verdant landscapes of the Nepalese countryside . This 5-6 hour journey offers a gradual immersion in lush nature, heralding the entrance to one of Nepal's most beautiful biodiversity sanctuaries.

    On arrival, check into your hotel, followed by lunch and refreshments before a program presentation by your guide. Then enjoy some free time to relax and soak up the peaceful atmosphere.

    At the end of the day, an evening yoga session allows you to release the tensions of the trip and reconnect with your breath.

    For those who wish, the evening continues with a traditional Tharu dance performance, an immersion in local culture, followed by a presentation on the park's flora and fauna by an experienced ranger.

    The day begins with a morning yoga session, ideal for anchoring yourself before immersing yourself in the heart of nature.

    After breakfast, departure for a one-hour guided hike through the jungle, accompanied by park rangers who will share their knowledge of the local flora and fauna. The return trip is by canoe on the Rapti River (1h), offering a unique perspective on the surrounding landscapes and wildlife.

    After lunch at the resort, a short rest precedes one of the highlights of the trip: a 3- to 4-hour safari in Chitwan National Park. In your own vehicle, set off in search of rhinos, deer, antelopes, crocodiles and monkeys, in an environment where every moment is an unforgettable encounter.

    Back at the hotel, a convivial dinner precedes an evening yoga session, the perfect way to integrate the emotions of a day rich in discovery.

    The day begins with a morning yoga session, a moment of refocusing before setting off for Pokhara.

    After breakfast, departure for the Annapurna massif, through the lush forests and fertile plains of Chitwan. Taking the Prithivi road, the landscape gradually changes, giving way to the majestic peaks of the Himalayas, with three peaks culminating at over 8,000 meters.

    On arrival, check into hotel and free time to soak up the peaceful atmosphere of Pokhara, famous for its lush green valley and enchanting lake.

    In the late afternoon, embark on a cruise on Lake Phewa, followed by a visit to the Tal Barahi temple, built on a small island and dedicated to Durga, the divine feminine force. For those who wish, the day ends with the Aarti ceremony, a Hindu ritual imbued with spirituality, where lights and sacred chants illuminate the night by the lake.

    Return to the hotel for an evening yoga session, to fully integrate the energy of this day between mountains and spirituality.

    After breakfast at the hotel, drive to Galeshwor, the starting point of your Annapurna trek. The 3-hour drive takes you through contrasting landscapes, from fertile valleys to the first mountain peaks.

    This moderate, accessible trek takes place at low altitude, between 1500 and 2300 meters, with an occasional ascent to 3300 meters. The well-marked trails wind through lush green forests and orange orchards, offering a gradual immersion in the raw beauty of the Himalayas.

    After a free lunch at a local restaurant in Galeshwor, you'll receive a briefing on the trek, then begin the hike through lush nature. Along the way, enjoy the orange trees in season and breathe in the pure mountain air.

    On arrival in Bas Kharka, settle into a lodge in the heart of a Magar village. Away from the tourist trails, you'll share an authentic moment with the locals, who will take you to visit the village school before inviting you to a convivial dinner at Bas Kharka Community Homestay.

    The evening ends under a starry sky, with a breathtaking view of Dhaulagiri, weather permitting, before a first night immersed in the Nepalese mountains.

    The day begins with an early-morning climb, gradually leaving Bas Kharka through its woods to reach the village of Danda Kaske after a 3-hour walk.

    On arrival, lunch with the local community, a privileged opportunity to chat with the locals and admire the bird's-eye view of the surrounding valleys.

    In the afternoon, the hike continues through several villages, offering a glimpse into the daily life of mountain communities. After a 2-hour walk, we arrive in Nangi, a village perched at 2,300 meters above sea level, with the imposing peaks of Dhaulagiri and South Annapurna as a backdrop.

    Nangi is much more than just a mountain village. It is the fruit of an exemplary community development project, initiated by Mahabir Pun in 1997 with the creation of Himanchal High School. This school, which integrates programs in technology, sustainable development and education, has become a model of resilience and innovation for the entire region.

    On site, discover the artisanal manufacture of paper from local plants, visit a medicinal plant nursery, and observe the various projects carried out by the community to improve their autonomy.

    At the end of the day, dinner with the villagers, sharing a convivial moment over a carefully prepared meal. Overnight in the community, for total immersion in this inspiring model of rural solidarity and innovation.

    After an energizing breakfast, we set off for an intense 3-hour climb, where the trail winds through a forest of pine trees and bright rhododendrons. Only the herds of yaks break the silence, adding an authentic touch to this immersion in nature. On the way, we pass Nepal's highest Internet relay station, linking schools and hospitals in remote villages.

    As you leave the forest, the landscape opens out onto a sea of green hills as far as the eye can see. A picnic break among the tall grasses, facing the Himalayan peaks, offers a moment of suspension before the final climb.

    In the afternoon, the trek resumes with a further 3-hour ascent to reach the Mohare Danda peak. The effort is rewarded by a spectacular view of the Annapurna range, with Machapuchare, the fishtail mountain, and Dhaulagiri, imposing and majestic.

    Settle in at the lodge and enjoy a well-deserved rest in the face of this exceptional panorama. In the evening, enjoy a convivial dinner in the community room, warmed by the central stove, perfect for savoring this timeless moment. No shower available, but an unforgettable night under the stars!

  • November 4, 2025

    The day begins with an unforgettable spectacle: sunrise over the Annapurna range, illuminating Annapurna II, Dhaulagiri and Nilgiri in a palette of golden colors. With a hot drink in hand, you contemplate this panoramic view of the world's highest peaks, a moment suspended between sky and mountains.

    After breakfast, departure for a hike along the ridges, offering breathtaking panoramic views of green valleys and snow-capped peaks. Then begins a gradual descent along mountain trails. Along the way, you pass uniformed children on their way to school and villagers working in the fields, witnessing the daily life of local communities. Crossing a rhododendron blossom forest adds a touch of color and freshness to the walk (3h descent).

    Lunch break en route, before resuming the hike for a further 2 hours, immersed in a landscape where nature and local life blend harmoniously.

    Arrive in the afternoon at Sikha, a traditional village where you can take time to discover its heritage, its narrow streets and its inhabitants, before a well-deserved evening's rest.

    After breakfast, departure from Sikha for a 3-4 hour downhill hike on a gentle slope offering superb panoramic views over the valley.

    Arrive early afternoon in Narchyang, where lunch at the community lodge awaits you. After lunch, free time to relax or explore the surrounding area:

    • Hike to a spectacular waterfall(30-minute steep ascent) for a breathtaking view of the waters tumbling down the cliffs.

    • Swimming in the natural hot springs(20-minute walk), a moment of absolute relaxation in an enchanting setting. Bring a bathing suit and T-shirt to enjoy this revitalizing experience.

    The day ends with a convivial dinner at the community lodge, before a well-deserved night's rest.

    After breakfast, departure for Pokhara, a 4-hour drive through Nepal's mountainous landscapes and verdant valleys.

    After breakfast, transfer to Pokhara airport for a 25-minute domestic flight to Kathmandu, offering one last breathtaking view of the snow-capped peaks.

    On arrival, transfer to hotel, followed by lunch.

    The afternoon is free, an ideal opportunity to stroll through Thamel's lively streets, shop for local crafts or simply savor the capital's vibrant atmosphere.

    At the end of the day, a closing circle allows us to share our feelings and fully integrate the experience of the journey.

    Final group dinner at the Nepali Chulo restaurant, where traditional flavors and authentic ambience bring this adventure to a fitting close.
