Your wellness getaway in the Golfe du Morbihan
The location
Your accommodation 10 minutes from Vannes
This stay takes place on an estate located in the heart of the Golfe du Morbihan Regional Nature Park, in southern Brittany (10 minutes from the port of Arradon and the islands of the Golfe, and from the historic fortified town of Vannes).
In a chic spirit, restored in the former stables and cowsheds of the chateau, your stone house features a spacious living room, and 6 bedrooms with private shower rooms.
Designed as a countryside family home, it immediately feels like home. The warm, cosy decor promises cocooning afternoons by the wood-burning stove, or revitalizing afternoons in the fresh air of the lush natural surroundings (25 hectares of parkland with ponds).
Large windows open onto the private terrace or garden. Take advantage of the large wood-heated indoor pool. There are also several areas dedicated to the practice of yoga, so you can enjoy a relaxing and unique setting.

Getting there:
We recommend arriving at Vannes station, 10 minutes' drive away.
Car pooling will be facilitated between participants to reach the retreat (from €25 per journey).
For those wishing to come by car, we will let you know the exact address.
The house welcomes you from 2pm on the day of arrival.
Departure is scheduled for 3pm on the last day. Rooms must be vacated by 9:30 am.

The brigade of chefs, all with Michelin-starred experience, will offer you market-fresh, healthy and vegetarian cuisine. Dishes are composed and matched to the season using local produce, mainly from organic or sustainable agriculture. Over a cheerful, colorful meal, sit back and enjoy menus designed to boost your immunity and delight you in a convivial atmosphere.
Yoga
Your teacher: Morgane Le Breton
Morgane trained in yoga during a long journey of initiation: six months in Nepal, then two months of immersion in India in a Shala with great Indian masters. A seminal experience that continues to inspire her practice and teaching.
Since her return to France in 2019, she has deepened her knowledge with over 625 hours of certified training, while multiplying her trips back and forth between India and Europe to stay connected to the essence of traditional yoga.
Curious and open-minded, Morgane has enriched her approach by integrating complementary practices such as the De Gasquet method and Pilates, which bring gentleness, body awareness and precision to her adjustments.
What makes her unique? Her ability to adapt her classes to the energy of the group and the needs of each individual. From toning sessions to gentler practices, Morgane invites you to explore your body consciously and immerse yourself with curiosity in themed workshops, designed as genuine inner journeys.
