Perched on the peaceful heights of Ibiza, this villa lives up to its name: a light-filled dreamland, surrounded by pine and fig trees, where wild nature meets bohemian elegance. Here, time slows down, the senses awaken and the body relaxes to the rhythm of the sun. The building's stone walls and gentle curves breathe in the Mediterranean. Between two practice sessions, you can stroll barefoot on the terraces, immerse yourself in the turquoise pool or take an enveloping break in the sauna or hot tub.
The vibrant heart of the place? A wooden deck, set up outside under an aerial tent, between heaven and earth. This is where yoga, pilates and mobility sessions take place: in the heart of nature, under the breeze, cradled by the golden light of morning or the rosy hues of evening.
The rooms are just like the place: simple, soft and soothing. Natural fabrics, raw materials, antique objects... everything exudes authenticity, warmth and intimacy. Every detail invites you to reconnect. You breathe easier, move more fluidly, laugh, meditate and savor. Car pooling (cab or shared rental) will be facilitated between you and other participants from the airport to the house (30 min drive).
The house welcomes you from 5pm on the day of arrival.

Your teacher: Marie Vergne
Trained in yoga, pilates and various somatic approaches to movement, Marie guides practices where fluidity and body awareness come together. She teaches with a rare finesse, cultivating an awareness of the body.listening to the bodyand progressiveness and respect for each individual's rhythm.
Her pedagogy blends anatomical precision, creative movement and self-presence. Each session becomes a space for inner exploration, where we learn to loosen the body, gently strengthen and regain a natural, lasting and joyful suppleness.
Her little plus? A subtle attention to detail and an ability to read bodies in movement, to adapt each posture, each breath, each transition with precision. With her, the mat becomes a place of transformation, where conscious movement supports both posture and inner peace.

Each day, you'll be guided through a yoga practice designed as an inner journey, where breath, movement and awareness unite to untie the body and soothe the mind.
🌞 In the morning, dynamic, enveloping sessions combine fluid yoga (vinyasa), joint mobility, gentle Pilates-inspired strengthening exercises and deep stretching. The aim: to gently awaken the body, regain space in the tissues, strengthen postural muscles and promote lively, functional, lasting flexibility.
🌅 At the end of the day, practices slow down. We enter into sessions of yin yoga, passive stretching, deep relaxation and guided meditation. A time to release tension, relax deeply and refocus.
Each practice is accessible to all levels, with options and variations so that everyone can progress at their own pace. This program is designed to create a subtle body progression, to regain fluidity, stability and lightness.

Because there are times when we feel that our bodies need softness, space and the right kind of movement. This retreat is designed as a bath of light, breathing and suppleness, to deeply refocus you before winter.
Ibiza, at the end of October, is the island at its most peaceful and beautiful. The flood of tourists has passed, the light is softer, the air is still warm, the sea remains welcoming, and nature reclaims its rights. A perfect time to savor the island's wild beauty.
It's also an ideal time to prepare your body for the cold season: gently strengthen, release accumulated tension, regain freedom of movement and ample breathing.
