THE UNIQUENESS OF YOUR YOGA TEACHING:
I encourage my students to listen to and connect with their bodies. I gently motivate them to find their limits. Curiosity and playfulness are very important in yoga practice. My classes are challenging but not advanced. We work on the body, but I don't teach inversions on the arms/hands (except bakasana and inversions on the head).
In sensual dance classes, we connect with the divine feminine and learn self-confidence through slow, sensual movements.
In barre classes, we work our bodies and sweat! We want muscles that shake! But always with movements adapted for all levels!
